JANICE HANKS

As the director of Next Level Austin, Janice is intimately involved in every project. She brings an innate design sensibility that is built on more than 20 years of experience in home decorating and design consulting.

Janice has traveled extensively to foreign and domestic auctions to purchase products, actively negotiating to establish price, financing and delivery terms.

Janice successfully completed the interior and exterior design for the 2009 Bill Taute Parade of Homes at Mueller.
